Cold Coffee Maker 304 Stainless Steel

All parts are made of 304 food grade stainless steel. It's durable, sturdy, smooth, rust-resistant and resistant to low temperatures. We have tested both the inner and outer chambers many times in a -30℃ environment for over 24 hours. There was no cracking, deformation, or breakage. The cold coffee brewer also as well as before. Since 304 stainless steel has excellent cold conductivity. When you pour hot coffee into the inner chamber, the cold stainless steel also helps cool the coffee faster.

We tested many materials to find the best option for this coffee cooler. Initially, all the materials we tested deformed or cracked. Finally, we selected 304 food-grade stainless steel, which is resistant to temperatures as low as -30℃/-86℉. To further extend the lifespan of the chamber, we thickened all the chambers to make it more durable and resistant to deformation when freezing. And we also added a silicone connector to connect the inner and out chambers. Due to the great elasticity of silicone, when the ice expands in the chamber, the connector can still return to its original shape. All the chambers undergo a stretching process to ensure they won't crack or break easily. They're smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and free from visible welding marks. We use sandblasting for a smooth finish inside the chambers.
