Cleaning and maintenance
After each use, the residue and bread crumbs should be thoroughly removed to avoid residual dirt from damaging the bread slicer.
Clean and disinfect the slicer regularly, which can be cleaned with warm water and neutral detergent, or disinfected with alcohol or disinfectant. When cleaning, remember not to wipe with hard objects or brushes to avoid damage to the machine.
Clean the rollers, bearings, and guide rails, and drop a few drops of oil on the guide rails. At the same time, clean the rubber rollers and power steel rods to confirm that there is no abnormal sound during operation.
Lubrication and replacement of accessories
Lubricate regularly to ensure the normal operation of the slicer.
Replace blades and accessories regularly. When replacing, you must first unplug the plug to ensure that the slicer is powered off, and then operate according to the requirements in the instruction manual to avoid touching the blade with your fingers to avoid injury.
Check and clean each sensor, use a clean dry cotton cloth and compressor to clean it.
Daily inspection and maintenance records Daily inspection includes checking whether the switches, buttons, and indicator lights are functioning properly, checking whether the touch screen functions properly, checking whether the gas circuit and joints are leaking, and observing the pressure gauge to confirm that they are within the process range.
Check whether the bearings are running normally every week, check whether the surface of the roller is smooth and free of wear, and check whether each connection is loose.
