Airtight seal from inside and outside that prevent spillage. It also has a good grip on the countertop, so it won't slip while opening or closing. The double-opening lid and glass container can be placed directly into the dishwasher. All parts are heat-resistant, you can preheat them in hot water if you want to sterilize.
